Abstract

program was launched for 14 school in Buriram province on 1-4 May 2005 and 11-12 July 2005. All the trainees were given the pre-test and post-test questionnaires to assess of their knowledge, and given the satisfy questionnaires for assessing the training program. Analysis of the data revealed that the post-test scores of the teachers were higher than that of the pre-test with a high statistical significance at the .05 level. Furthermore,most trainees were satisfied with stage 1 of the training program at the high level and stage 2 of the training program at the highest level. It can be concluded that this training curriculum is appropriate and may be applied to other groups concerned.
