หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Gross and Microscopic Anatomy of Cranial Dura Mater of Asian Elephant (Elephas maximus)) ผู้เขียน: นางมาลีวรรณ เหลี่ยมศิริเจริญ, รองศาสตราจารย์ , ดร.ธีระศักดิ์ พราพงษ์, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ , Chatchote Thitaram, Chaleamchat Somgird, Chatchai Sarachai, Warot Wongkalasin, Sittidet Mahasawangkul, Piyamart Kongtueng, Nikorn Tongtip, Apinan Suprasert สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractCranial dura mater of two dying male Asian elephants (Elephas maximus) aged 24 years and 68 years were performed for gross and microscopic studied. The cranial dura mater consisted of two layers, outer periosteal layer and inner meningeal layer. Porous appearance forming by blood vessels were seen between the two layers. Some completed foramens were found in falx cerebri sheet. Unlike most of domestic animals, there were two falx cerebelli running along two sides of vermis and also many small tubercles on the surface of inner meningeal layer. By staining with Hematoxylin & Eosin, Masson Trichrome and Weigert stains, these small tubercles were collagenous mass protrusion. |
ที่มา:วารสาร คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Milk composition of a Thai elephant (Elephas maximus) from day 20-155 of lactation period) ผู้เขียน: Wareerut Kittimanaphan, Pitiporn Leelamankong, Porrakote Rungsri, Ronachit Rungsri, Waroot Wongkalasin สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractEleven milk samples collected on the 20th, 33rd, 50th, 64th, 78th, 92nd, 106th, 120th, 134th, 148th and 155th days of lactation from Thai elephant (Elephas maximus) were evaluated for their compositions including fat, protein, lactose, total solid and solid not fat. The milk fat concentration ranged between 4.2 and 14.1% and rather varied. The milk protein and lactose concentration ranged between 2.1 and 3.1 %, then 6.9 and 7.8 % respectively, their trends stayed fairly constant. The total solid concentration ranged between 15.9 and 24.3% and also rather varied according mainly to fat percentage. The range of solid not fat concentration was fairly stable through the studying period. This obtaining datas give basic informations about elephant milk compositions during early lactation. Moreover, this knowledge will be useful for the development of baby elephant milk replacer in the future. |
