The research result shows that the Swedish Parliamentary Ombudsman is responsible for the Parliament, shall supervise the observance of laws and statutes by those exercising public activities. An Ombudsman exercises supervision by investigating what he finds necessary. He is empowered to institute prosecution, start disciplinary proceedings, give criticism and admonition to the officials found at fault. He may address the Parliament or the government of amendment of the relevant laws or statutes. The Thai Counter Corruption Commission is responsible for the government, shall supervise the observance of the laws and statutes by those exercising public activities. The commission is empowered to exercise supervision by investigating complaints received of found necessary. The commission may address the government of appropriate measures for corruption control. |
