หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Isolation and Selection of Thermophilic Cellulolytic Microorganisms for Compost Production in Thailand) ผู้เขียน: พิทยากร ลิ่มทอง, นายสมศักดิ์ วังใน, รองศาสตราจารย์ , Vanlada Sunanthapongsuk, Siangjeaw Piriyaprin สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractA total of 1579 samples of soils, composted plant tissues, composts, and animal manures were collected from different locations throughout Thailand. From these samples, 1297 and 729 isolates of fungi and actinomycetes, respectively, were isolated. Selections were performed by following : 1) the test of abilities to decompose Walseth cellulose ; 2) evaluations of activities of filter paper, carboxymethyl cellulose, and avicel enzymes; and 3) the test of abilities to decompose rice straw under laboratory conditions. According to the results of these tests, the fungal strains MBK336 (Aspergillus), MRY 586 (Helicomyces), and MCT 794 (Chaetomium) and the actinomycetes strains ABK 372 (Streptomyces) and APK 425 (Streptomyces) were selected. Field studies on compost production from rice straw revealed that when a mixture of all selected microorganisms was used ad an inoculant, highest stimulation of rice straw decomposition was observed. |
