หัวเรื่อง:ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับความรุนแรงของการเกิดโรคใบจุดเหลี่ยมกับความเสียหาของผลผลิตถั่วแดงหลวงในสภาพไร่ ผู้เขียน: Parichut Junplang, นายณรงค์ สิงห์บุระอุดม, รองศาสตราจารย์ , Pairoj Jungbhanich, นายสุรพล อุปดิสสกุล, รองศาสตราจารย์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThe relationship between disease severity and yield lossses of 6 varieties of red kidney bean had been conducted both in rainny and dry season in the field. The results of statistical analysis revealed the existence of the negative correlation between disease severity and garonomic characters. It indicated that as the dissease severity 4 increased, height at maturity, day to maturity, number of pods per plant, number of diseasse-free pods per plant, number of seeds per pods of non infected and infected pods, 100 seeds weight and grain yield were decreased. The angular leaf spot disease reduced yield of red kidney beanin rainny season to 59.44, 88.84, 140.09 and 177.33 kg/rai and 44.56, 71.43, 84.87 and 100.13 kg/rai in dry season when the level of disease severity increased to 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively. The results of this study suggested that the assessment of yield losses of red kidney bean due to angular leaf spot disease in rainny season can be estimated by linear regression ? = 466.07 - 42.53 x and ? = 375.59 - 24.02 x for dry season. (where ? is estimated gain yield and is the observation of disease rating based on percent of infected leaf area.) |

หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Effect of Temperature and Some Substrate onTeliospore Germination of Sugarcane Smut and Inoculation Methods on Infection by Ustilago Scitaminea) ผู้เขียน: นายไพโรจน์ จ๋วงพานิช, รองศาสตราจารย์ , Suwanit Wangwon สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractTemperature for teliospore germination of Ustilago scitaminea was ranging from 15 to 40 C and 15 to 35 C for mycelial growth, with 25 C for optimum germination and growth. Telio?spores germinated within 3.50, 6.10, 4.00 and 4.50 hr after incubation in extracts of sugarcane bud, soil, sugarcane leaf and sugarcane root, respectively. Sugarcane bud showed highest percentage germination (20.16%) at 6 hr incubation. Teliospores germinated well in 1.5% dextrose and sucrose substrate and the fungus grew well on potato dextrose agar, V-8 juice agar, malt extract agar and glucose peptone agar at room temperature (30 ? 4 C) when inoculated with teliospores. Six methods of artificial inoculation techniques were studied in both greenhouse and field conditions. The best method was injected weekly for 5 weeks with 2 ml teliospore or sporidial sus?pensions (106 -107 spores/ml) into one week old shoot. |
