The Deming cycle model (PDCA) and questionnaires were used for 1,640 students in the pre-evaluation, intermediate, and final evaluation. Quantitative and Qualitative methods were used to collect primary data and secondary data. Descriptive statistics, means, and percentages were used to analyse the data. It was found that the students expected and benefited from a high level of academic and practical tuition. However, these expectations placed a high work load on the instructors. It is recommended that to give students the motivation they need, input of energy and initiative is required which could be enhanced with teaching assistant. |
