หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Effects of branch girdling on total nonstructural carbohydrate content in relation to flowering of two lychee (Litchi chinensis Sonn.) cultivars) ผู้เขียน: Adulsak Koo-Duang, ดร.สุรนันต์ สุภัทรพันธุ์, ศาสตราจารย์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractStudies on girdling of two lychee cultivars, Hong-Huay and O-Hia in Chiang Rai province during August to December 1982 showed that girdling did not increase percent flowering in the Hong-Huay lychee. In O-Hia cultivar, branch girdling during September to December resulted in an increase in percent of flowering with the maximal flowering percentage obtained when the branches were girdled branches were girdled in October. Total nonstructural carbohydrate (TNC) contents in the terminal shoots of the girdled branches tend to be higher than those of the ungridled ones. From November to June no callus was produced to heal the girdled branches. Callus proliferation in O-Hia caltivar was slower than that months after girdling, and more severe abscission was evident in the O-Hia Cultivar and this was particularly true for the branches girdled in August and September. |
หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Total Nonstructural Carbohydrate and Total Nitrogen Content in Leaves and Terminal Shoots of Mango (Mangifera indica L.) var. Nam Dok Mai throughout the Year) ผู้เขียน: Sirichai Kanlayanarat, ดร.สุรนันต์ สุภัทรพันธุ์, ศาสตราจารย์ , Chalongchai Baabprasert สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractSeasonal changes in total nonstructural carbohydrates and total nitrogen contents in leaves and terminal shoots of mango (Mangifera indica L.) var ‘Nam Dok Mai’ were studied at every 4 weeks interval during June 1978 to May 1979. Total nonstructural carbohydrates in leaves and terminal shoots were found increased at two peaks, first in June, before the flush of new shoots and second in January, before flowering. The nitrogen contents in leaves and terminal shoots were high during the period from June to December, then decreased rapidly. In early January, total nonstructural carbohydrates were increased with the decreased in total nitrogen this phenomena was at the same period of flower initiation. |
