หัวเรื่อง:ค่าอัตราพันธุกรรมของลักษณะน้ำหนักตัวของไก่เนื้อลูกผสมที่คัดเลือกจำนวนห้าชั่ว ผู้เขียน: Voravit Siripholval, Somchai Chansawang, นายสุชาติ สงวนพันธุ์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThree hundred and nine crossbred broilers, in the first generation, which descended from the commercial broiler cockerel mated with Changhai-Rhode crossbred and Barred Phymouth Rook hens, were selected as parents for the next generation by using 6 weeks body weight as selection criterior. The average 6 weeks body weight of 745, 1,860, 1,470 and 1,235 progenies from the second, third, fourth and fifth generation were 871.7, 1,057.5, 1,021.8 and 1,205.1 grams comparing with 581.5 grams of the first generation. Except for the first generation, the feed conversion ratio (FCR) in the successive generations were 2.07, 2.06, 2.12 and 2.07, respectively. In five generation period of selection, the average 6 week body weight in the fifth generation was more than the first about 107.2% or 632.8 grams. The heritability value of 6 week body weights in five generation periods were ranged from medium to high as 0.22 to 0.48 the fifth generation had the lowest value (0.22). The genetic correlation (?G) computed from sire component in the first generation between 6 to 9 weeks was the highest value (0.97). From this experimental selection, it was shown that it is possible to establish our own broiler parent stocks by using 6 week body weight as selection criterior. |
หัวเรื่อง:ผลของระดับโปรตีนในอาหารต่ออัตราการเติบโตของไก่ลูกผสมสามสายเลือด ผู้เขียน: ดร.วรวิทย์ สิริพลวัฒน์, รองศาสตราจารย์ , Suchart Sangunphan สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractTwo hundred and eighty-eight three-breed crossbred chickens from the native males cross with Changhai-Rhode females were used. The chickens were allocated and fed with 3 groups of commercial feed. The first group was fed with 22.48% protein of the broiler starter ration during day-old-6 week (wk), with 22.48% protein of the broiler starter and 21.45% protein of the grower ration in the same proportion during 7-9 wk. with 21.45% protein of the grower ration during 10-12 wk. The second group was fed with 21.45% protein of the broiler grower ration during day-old-6 wk. with 21.45% protein of the grower and 19.06% protein of the finisher ration in the same proportion during 7-9 wk. and 10-12 wk., respectively. The third group was fed with 19.06% protein of the broiler finisher ration during that 3 periods. The average body weight gain of the first, the second and the third group during day-old-6 wk. were 562.83, 497.11 and 385.07 grams (gm), during 7-9 wk. were 439.99, 424.52 and 403.99 gm. during 10-12 wk. were 427.38, 432.83 and 435.99 gm., respectively. The body weight gain data were statistically analyzed and found that it was highly significant only the period of day-old-6 wk. of age. The average feed consumption of the first, the second and the third during day-old-6 wk. of age were 1,043.37, 1,037.28 and 968.33 gm., during 7-9 wk. were 1,080.82, 1,082.42 and 1,025.68 gm., and during 10-12 wk. were 1,297.21, 1,360.11 and 1,304.77 gm., respectively. The feed conversion ratio of the first, the second and the third during day-old-6 wk. were 1.85, 2.09 and 2.52, during 7-9 wk. were 2.46, 2.55 and 2.54 and during 10-12 wk. were 3.04, 3.14 and 2.99 respectively. In consideration with weight gain per unit of feed cost, the highest weight gain per feed cost during day-old-6 wk. was the chickens fed with the first group of feed. But during 7-9 wk. and 10-12 wk. of age they were the chickens fed with third group. |
หัวเรื่อง:การศึกษาการเจริญเติบโตและผลผลิตซากของไก่เบตง เปรียบเทียบกับไก่พื้นเมืองและไก่ลูกผสมเบตง x พื้นเมือง ผู้เขียน: Nirat Gongruttanannu, Ratana Chotesangasa สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThis experiment was conducted to determine the growth rate and carcass yield of Betong (B) compared with those of crossbred Native (male) x Betong (female) (NB), crossbred Betong (male) x Native (female) (BN), and Native chickens (N). Day-old straight chickens were placed on battery cages and were slaughtered at 16 weeks of age. Body weight (BW) of B was consistently greater than (P<0.05) the other 3 breeds for the duration of the study, from hatching (32.80) to 16 weeks (2.486 kg) while the average cumulative feed conversion ratios for these periods were 1.80 and 3.79, respectively. BW of NB and BN were similar through the study even though at hatching BN had BW lower than NB (28.30 versus 32.40 g, respectively). Weights of B of whole carcass and carcass parts B were considerably greater than those of (P<0.05) the others, with this difference pronounced in both sexes. Yield (expressed on a percentage of chilled carcass weight basis) of pectoralis major of B in male (14.67%) was greater than (P<0.05) those of the other breed, and the same difference was shown in female (17.10%). However, there was no difference in yield of pectoralis minor among the 4 breeds of both sexes. Thigh yield of B, NB and BN in male were 18.15, 18.74 and 18.40% respectively, greater than (P<0.05) that of N (17.17%). Both yield of drumsticks and wings of B in male were fewer than the others whereas there was no difference in female. Yield of abdominal leaf fat was affected by sex, the greater yield was in female, whereas there was no difference among the 4 breeds of chickens. |
