Practitioners in industrialized nations have, however, been more responsive about environmental design; but in developing countries, energy efficient buildings are especially rare. This paper summarizes the initial findings of the deterrent conditions found in building professional practices in Thailand that may have restricted the successful development and integration of energy efficient innovations in buildings. |
