For vegetables, ginger, asparagus, podded-pea and salted vegetables are in high demand. Thailand also urgently needs development in term of transportation and packaging techniques. Chemicals use during the cultivation should be reduced. High quality is the most important requirement for all produces to compete, but promotion is also very important. |
