ที่มา:KASETSART UNIVERSITY FISHERIES RESEARCH BULLETINหัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Composition and Distribution of Zooplankton in the Pasak Jolasid Reservoir, Lop Buri Province) ผู้เขียน:Issarapon Jithlang, นางลัดดา วงศ์รัตน์, ศาสตราจารย์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractComposition and distribution of zooplankton in the Pasak Jolasid reservoir were studied during 2002. Samples were horizontally, obliquely and vertically drawn at two-month intervals using three mesh sizes plankton nets (22,40 and 100 um). A total of 119 species of zooplankton was recorded. Rotifera was the most diverse zooplankton group in this reservoir. The taxa found in decreasing order were as follow: Phylum Rotifera (24 genera, 76 species and 4 varieties), Phylum Protozoa (13 genera and 22 species), Phylum Arthropoda (12 genera, 20 species and 1 group), and Phylum Cnidaria (1 genus, 1 species). An occurrence of the freshwater jellyfish (Craspedacusta sinensis) was the first record in the reservoir of Thailand. Spatial and temporal variations in species number of zooplankton were relatively small; variation in number of species raning between 44 and 89. High numbers were recorded in October at one station along Pasak river ranging between 70 and 89 species, while low numbers ranging between 44-54 were recorded in April at two stations located on the bank of the reservoir. |

A total of 159 species and 81 varieties was recorded. Phytoplankton samples were collected by towing plankton nets of three mesh sizes 22, 40 and 100 (xm at 29 stations. Green algae (Class Chlorophyceae) comprised the majority of species number with 54%, and followed by euglenoids (Class Euglenophyceae) with 17%. Other groups in decreasing number were Class Cyanophyceae, Class Bacillariophyceae, Class Dinophyceae, Class Xanthophyceae and Class Chrysophyceae. Important genera were Scenedesmus, Pediastrum, Crucigenia, Closterium, Tetraedron, Coelastrum, Trachelomonas and Phacus. Temporal and spatial variation in species numbers were not significantly different (P<0.05) in this study. |
หัวเรื่อง:ไม่มีชื่อไทย (ชื่ออังกฤษ : Distribution and Early-life Development of Thai River Sprat Clupeichthys aesarnensis Wongratana, Larvae, in Pasak Jolasid Reservoir, Lop Buri Province, Thailand) ผู้เขียน:สันติ พ่วงเจริญ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์:pdf AbstractThe distribution of Thai river sprat Clupeichthys aesarnensis Wongratana, larvae, in Pasak Jolasid Reservoir, Lop Buri Province during April 2003 to February 2004 was studied bi-monthly by plankton net towing in 24 sampling stations. The environmental conditions and water qualities were recorded and measured in situ. The abundance of larvae showed differential significance in months (P<0.0001). The spawning of the Thai river sprat in Pasak Jolasid Reservoir occurred throughout the year but was high in early rainy season (June 2003: 46.87% of larval number) and low in dry season (December 2003 to February 2004: 1.46% of larval number) and irregularly in the reservoir. Development of myomere in yolk-sac larvae were not complete while the digestive gut opened at 82%NL in yolk-sac larvae and moved to the mid-portion or 59%TL in juvenile. |
